Suspension of a training program
Where the Council determines that an applicant does not meet the conditions prescribed under the Act or the physiotherapy rules, shall require:
- The applicant to suspend the training programme or programmes immediately
- The applicant to furnish the Council with a closure plan that includes how the students who are already admitted to the programme will be transitioned; and
- The applicant to close the programme within one year from the date of the notice for closure from the Council.
