Partnership and Collaboration
The Council actively engages in global and regional partnerships, fostering collaboration with esteemed entities such as World Physiotherapy (WP) on a global scale and World Physiotherapy Africa (WP-A) regionally, World Physiotherapy East Africa (WP-EA) sub-regionally and Kenya Society of Physiotherapist (KSP) In addition, the Council extends its cooperative efforts to include various health regulators within the Ministry of Health, as well as associations representing other healthcare professionals.
Furthermore, the Council has strategically forged alliances with key stakeholders, including the Council of Governors, Training Institutions, Commission for University Education (CUE) among others. These collaborations aim to enhance the quality and effectiveness of physiotherapy training and practice within the Country.
In pursuit of its commitment to advancing healthcare, the Council has established valuable partnerships with organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), and the Christian Blind Mission (CBM), National Council for Persons with Disabilities(NCPWDs) among others. These collaborative endeavors serve to strengthen the Council's capacity to address healthcare challenges, promote best practices, and contribute to the overall well-being of the public.
